A driver and passenger were rescued moments before a Domino's Pizza burst into flames after their vehicle crashed into the restaurant in Utah over the weekend.
On the evening of Saturday, July 5, "a devastating 3-car accident sent one vehicle off the roadway and into a building, rupturing a gas line and igniting a massive fire," Utah's largest fire agency, the Unified Fire Authority (UFA), wrote alongside an alarming video of the blaze on Instagram.
The "explosion and structure fire" occurred at 5200 W 13400 S in Herriman, per a Herriman City press release. A Herriman City spokesperson told PEOPLE in an email, "The vehicle crashed into a Herriman Domino’s Pizza location, between a Jimmy John’s and a Super Cuts."
The UFA's caption read, "Two courageous bystanders risked their lives to rescue the driver and passenger from the burning vehicle just moments before it was engulfed in flames."
"As fire crews began suppression efforts, a powerful explosion destroyed one business and caused significant damage to two others," the post added.

The UFA wrote, "Over 60 firefighters from Unified Fire Authority, South Jordan, West Jordan, West Valley City, Sandy, and Draper worked together to battle the intense blaze."

"Three individuals were transported to local hospitals. Thankfully, no firefighters or law enforcement officers were injured during the incident," the team added.
"We are grateful for the bravery of the bystanders and the swift, unified response from all emergency personnel," the UFA concluded.
Herriman City confirmed in its press release that "the long-term status of the multi-tenant commercial building is still being evaluated" following the blaze.
"An evacuation order was issued and lifted in the early-morning hours of Sunday after the resulting natural-gas leak was contained," the release stated.

Witness Sam Horn told NBC-affiliated station KSL-TV that there was a "huge fire" while people worked to pull the driver out of the car that hit the building.
“The car was like halfway on fire, and the building was up in flames, just burning,” Horn said, per the outlet.
The Herriman Police Department and the Unified Fire Authority didn't immediately respond when contacted by PEOPLE for additional information.
