You’re not bad at interviews.

You’re just telling the wrong kind of story.
Most people ramble in interviews.

When asked about their work experience…
They start with “Back in 2019…” and lose the room.

Use this cheat code instead:
🎯 The STAR Method = your story, but with structure.

1/ Situation → What was happening? Set the scene fast.
2/ Task → What was your role? Get clear.
3/ Action → What steps did you take? Be specific.
4/ Result → What changed because of you?
↳ Bonus if you can measure it.

Practice answering real questions using this format.
Write it out. Say it out loud. Tighten your story.
🧨 The Hard Truth:
If your story feels fuzzy, your value sounds invisible.
Start clear, end strong.
You’ll sound confident without trying to be perfect.
❓ Which step do you skip when nerves kick in?
