Step 1: Go to Zapier(.)com/agents
Scroll to “Explore All Templates,” and pick one like Reddit Trend Content Generator, or click “New Agent”.
Step 2: Choose a Template
Click “Use Template” and follow the setup steps inside Zapier.
Step 3: Connect Your Apps
• Where it finds data (Reddit, Google)
• Where it stores output (Notion, Airtable, Sheets)
• How it tells you results (Slack, email)
I personally use Notion for all storage.
Step 4: Choose When It Runs
Set it to run on a schedule or on demand.
Step 5: Add Storage + Actions
Link Notion or Airtable, and tell it what to do - e.g., “Add Content to Page.”
Step 6: Preview and Test
Click Agent Preview → Test Agent to see your AI in action.
Step 7: Go Live
Once it looks good, switch to Activity → Run and let it handle the rest.
Now it will just run on autopilot!
