Sharing a free Job Application Tracker I made on Google Sheets

 


I made a completely free job application tracker on Google Sheets that gives you advanced features like follow-up reminders, application metrics, and cool visualisations. All of this makes it really feature-rich compared to anything you can make yourself or any template found on the internet. Hope you find it useful.

Here are some of the cool things you can do with it:

Visualise your Job Search Progress

Create these cool visualisations (called Sankey diagrams) that track your application progress across various states.

Track Success Metrics

Track both input (like applications submitted) and outcome (interview callback, interview success rates) metrics so you can be on top of your job search.

Followup Reminders

You can set custom follow-up schedules for your applications and interviews so that you are reminded to send a follow-up email or message, {X} days after your application or interview.

All of this is yours to freely use and modify in any way without any restrictions - all your data will also stay within your Google account.

HOW TO USE

You should first make a copy (go to File -> Make a copy) of the spreadsheet and view the “User Guide” sheet for further details.
