According to employee reviews on the workplace-culture site, Comparably, Boston Consulting Group retained its top spot as the best large company for career development. To compile the list, the site ratings for large companies with over 500 employees. A separate ranking also highlighted the best small and midsize companies for career progression. The ranking was based on anonymous employee feedback collected between May 15, 2022, and May 15, 2023. The feedback was used to determine the companies with the best opportunities for career advancement and mentorship.
Chad Herring, the chief human resources officer of Comparably's parent company ZoomInfo, said that being part of an organization that values its employees' growth is a career jackpot.
