The 25 best large companies for career growth

According to employee reviews on the workplace-culture site, Comparably, Boston Consulting Group retained its top spot as the best large company for career development. To compile the list, the site ratings for large companies with over 500 employees. A separate ranking also highlighted the best small and midsize companies for career progression. The ranking was based on anonymous employee feedback collected between May 15, 2022, and May 15, 2023. The feedback was used to determine the companies with the best opportunities for career advancement and mentorship.

Chad Herring, the chief human resources officer of Comparably's parent company ZoomInfo, said that being part of an organization that values its employees' growth is a career jackpot. The leading companies on the list have proved themselves to be champions in talent transformation, creating a workforce that emphasizes employees' potential over their backgrounds. Similarly, LinkedIn has also released a similar list, with Amazon ranking as the top company for career growth opportunities, followed by Comcast, Boeing, and Apple. Below are the top 25 large companies that made the cut for Comparably's latest career growth ranking, with the respective industries provided by Comparably to Insider.
