32% OF WORKING MOMS CHOOSE TEMPORARY, FLEXIBLE WORK OPTIONS OVER FULL-TIME JOBS



 According to a report by Indeed Flex, flexible working hours are the top priority for most working mothers when considering a new job. Out of the 601 women surveyed, 67% ranked flexible hours above competitive pay. 

The report also highlighted that 32% of respondents left their full-time job during the pandemic to pursue temporary and flexible work options. Work flexibility is essential for working mothers as it allows them to balance their family commitments while earning a steady income and improving their skillset. 

The report also noted that 91% of mothers found flexible work arrangements helpful in striking a better work-life balance, while 89% found it to be a source of a solid income. Furthermore, 72% of mothers said it improved their ability to find steady work. 

Overall, flexible work options have become a necessity for working mothers in managing their family commitments and career growth.
