What jobs are less stressful and able to have a lot more ability for growth? Anything that's good and not like high finance or software engineering? I am interested in finding careers that are able to be in any other industry except high finance and software engineering. Any suggestions?

Software engineering and finance (will also throw in data science) are a bit difficult to enter. But after 3-5 years, the stress and the competitiveness tend to wind down as you become more knowledgeable and experienced.
