What careers pay up to $100k that is not software engineering or medicine??

I am about to start my third year of college next year and I am struggling very, very hard to find a career path. I have tried different skills such as computer programming skills but it's not for me and I struggled very hard in my intro to programming class. I had a low score in my midterm which was a 30% out of 100. Honestly, I am not a very smart individual as I struggle very hard in logical thinking and I struggle to understand things faster than my peers. I forget things a lot and it's bad to pick things up. I also probably have a really low IQ so that's not a good situation. I literally don't know what path to pick next because my GPA is below a 3.0 and I don't know what to do anymore because I can't go to medical school, law school, or high finance jobs like investment banking. It's like nothing is going well for me. I have $36k in student loans and I have to pay them back I need something to not only make me financially stable but to not be too stressful to the point of severe burnout or extreme stress. I don't know what else to major in. Any advice? Willing to try anything but blue-collar jobs take a toll on my health...

JobAdvisor:

The best advice here. You will do great at anything you have a passion for. But you must try things for a while and grow that passion. It's an active search u just don't wake up with a higher calling in mind
