Hardest jobs to fill in the UK revealed - and employers can't find the workers

Optometrists, solicitors and surgeons are among the hardest jobs to fill in the UK, a new study suggests.
Vacancies for the three professions have remained unfilled for between 60 and 46 days, said jobs site Indeed.
Software engineers, software architects and system engineers are also in demand, showing how the tech sector is struggling to find suitably qualified staff, said the report.
Indeed added there were fears that the shortfall in nurses could top 50,000 within the next two years.
Bill Richards, of Indeed, said: "When demand from employers outpaces the supply of workers, it can take a long time to fill vacancies.
"The Brexit connection is hard to overlook. Many of the hardest-to-fill roles have historically been ones that were filled by EU workers drawn to the UK by Britain's more abundant job opportunities.
"With official data showing net migration from the EU slowing, these roles are set to become even harder to fill."
